Too Much Talk – Time for Action

news
10 April 2021

We need to put all the talk of Eddie Howe to one side and remember that no man is bigger than Celtic and we have a big game to prepare for. Long term plans are being put in place at the club and hopefully Howe will be in place to lead us next season but short term, Leigh Griffiths needs to be thinking of bringing a scarf to tie around the post in Ibrox.

More than 90 Minutes Issue 114 Print Edition

Each and every Celtic player should be begging for a chance to play against Livingston today  to make sure they are on the starting 11 team sheet come next Saturday. Get Bertie Auld on a Zoom call to motivate them and to show them what passion and pride they need to bring to Ibrox to win for the us fans watching around the globe after witnessing a piss poor league campaign.

Celtic need to ensure that the Newco fans are not allowed to get so close to abuse our players when they arrive at Ibrox. When the final whistle blows next Saturday, the players will need to have left everything on the pitch. If ever we needed a win against that mob, then it is next week. Failure is not an option. Too much talk – time for action.
