Sutton by the Sea

Celts by the Sea returned to County Cork on Saturday. The event was very generously sponsored by Sea Church, Ballycotton – a beautiful restaurant and event space and hosted by the Association of Irish Celtic Supporters’ Clubs and the Celtic FC Foundation.

Thankfully the weather held out for all Celts by the Sea walkers before a fog came down over the famous Ballycotton cliff-side. All funds raised from the event went to the Celtic FC Foundation and Marymount Hospice.

Treble-winning former Celt, Chris Sutton was the special guest on the night and as usual he delivered on stage sharing stories with plenty of banter with the crowd.

Liam McGrandles provided the music and singsong and the Celtic fans lapped up every verse of his set. Big shout out to Pearse Flynn and all the staff of Sea Church for their wonderful hospitality.
