New Bhoys & Old Bhoys causing the Rangers sleepless nights!

Celtic’s win over Hibs on Monday night was a great New Year’s present when Celtic fans returned to Paradise after the winter break.

Scott Brown’s hero status among Celtic Fans continued as Aberdeen made sure the Rangers fans journey home was a miserable one after the 1-1 draw and Celtic closed the gap to 4 points.

There was no talk of Covid when the Celtic team was announced on Monday evening and 2 of the new Japanese Bhoys were in the starting line up.

Maeda could not have had a better start hitting the back of the net with his first touch. Celtic fans were in full voice as “You’ll Never Walk Alone” was sung in full voice in the Glasgow night air.

Hatate man of the match performance had us all talking after the match about him as we strolled out of Celtic Park and by fans watching throughout the World. 60,000 fans on a Monday night many travelling over land and sea to be there.

Having away fans inside the ground is also important to add a bit if spite to the atmosphere but they may have to revisit their songbook and come up with something better than “Cheerio 10IAR”. We have done our mourning on that subject and have moved on to the Ange Train.

Guchi had to be content with a place on a very strong bench which included the return of Jota to bolster the Celtic attacking options.
