Former General Secretary of the Celtic Supporters Association, Eddie Toner joins More than 90 Minutes Editor, Andrew Milne less than 24 hours after Celtic came back from 2-1 down to share the points with Dundee United at Celtic Park on another frustrating night for the Celtic Support.
Eddie’s family are steeped in Celtic and he has travelled home and away all his life following Celtic. He recently took the decision to take himself off the cup ticket scheme and watched the game against Celta Vigo at home while his team played 3 miles down the road. Eddie has missed 1 game since 1970 so it was a major decision for him to make.
Many Celtic fans share Eddies frustration a year on from Brendan Rodgers exit from Celtic Andrew asks the question, have things got better or worse or have they stayed the same over the past 12 months. Eddie does not hold back with his response and his fear for the future of the club.
On a lighter note they joke about Eddies Cup Final shirt and go back in time and remember the great contribution Paul McStay gave to the Celtic cause.
