CELTS BY THE SEA

Celtic FC Foundation in conjunction with the Association of Irish Celtic Supporters ‘return to County Cork this Saturday, June 28 for Celts by the Sea event at Sea Church, Ballycotton.

Celts by the Sea will include a sponsored walk along the famous Ballycotton cliff-side, followed by an evening of entertainment at Sea Church, featuring Chris Sutton.

Supporters have the opportunity to participate in the sponsored walk and can additionally opt to attend the evening event, as this exciting duo of Foundation fundraising initiatives returns for the third year in a row.

The sponsored walk – set to kick off at 3pm. Participants under the age of 18 can register to participate in the walk free of charge but those under the age of 16 must have written consent and be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian/responsible adult, who must also take part in the event.

The walk will end at Sea Church where they will have the opportunity to enjoy a well-earned rest. Participants also have an opportunity to enjoy a buffet from 5.30pm. Followed by a Q&A with Chris Sutton and live music with Liam McGrandles.

Proceeds raised will be devoted to supporting children and young people through Celtic FC Foundation’s project delivery in Ireland. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to Marymount University Hospital & Hospice in Cork.
